SECTION 3 – CANDLE CARE AND SAFETY

Our candles are handcrafted products intended for their ordinary household use. To protect your safety and the safety of your home, please follow these instructions whenever you burn an AMÉLY CANDLES product:

• Always burn your candle within sight. Never leave a burning candle unattended.
• Place the candle on a stable, flat, heat-resistant surface, away from drafts, vents, and air currents.
• Keep burning candles at least 12 inches (30 cm) away from anything that can catch fire, including curtains, furniture, books, paper, and decorations.
• Keep candles out of reach of children and pets at all times.
• Trim the wick to ¼ inch (approximately 6 mm) before each use to ensure a clean, controlled burn.
• Do not burn a candle for longer than 4 hours at a time, and discontinue use when approximately ½ inch (1.3 cm) of wax remains.
• Never touch or move a candle while the wax is liquid or the container is hot.

Failure to follow these instructions increases the risk of fire, injury, or property damage. AMÉLY CANDLES is not liable for any injury, loss, or damage resulting from improper use, misuse, or failure to follow the safety instructions provided with the product or in these Terms of Service. SECTION 4 – ORDERS

When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase. AMÉLY CANDLES reserves the right to accept or reject your order for any reason at its sole discretion. Your order will not be accepted until AMÉLY CANDLES confirms its acceptance. We must receive and process your payment before accepting your order.

You should carefully review your order before completing your purchase, as AMÉLY CANDLES may not be able to accommodate cancellation requests after an order has been accepted.
